DiNonno promoted to major general

Brig. Gen. Joseph A. DiNonno is promoted to major general Jan. 17, 2024, in Richmond, Virginia, and Maj. Gen. James W. Ring, the Adjutant General of Virginia, administers the oath of office for his new rank. DiNonno took command of the Fort Belvoir-based 29th Infantry Division from Maj. Gen. John M.
