Martin Jr., commander of the Virginia Army National Guard, administers the oath of enlistment to Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion extending their enlistment Feb. 14, 2024, at Fort Cavazos, Texas.
