Maj. Gen. James W. Ring, the Adjutant General of Virginia, and retired Col. Everton E. Nevers, the Virginia Department of Military Affairs Chief Operations Officer, present awards to DMA state employees during a recognition luncheon at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During the event, Ring and Nevers thanked SMR’s state employees for their hard work, and presented agency-wide awards and service anniversary recognitions. Col. James C.
