Maj. Gen. Daniel E. Long, Jr., the Adjutant General of Virginia, and other senior leaders from the Virginia National Guard greet members of the Virginia General Assembly Jan. 19 in Richmond. Long presented an information brief to give an overview of the Virginia National Guard and the capabilities it provides to the citizens of Virginia as well as explain the Guard's legislative priorities for the 2011 session.
