HART practices basket hoist techniques

Virginia National Guard flight crews and members of the Chesterfield County Fire and Emergency Medical Services Scuba Rescue Team train on advanced hoist techniques July 24, 2024, in Chesterfield, Virginia. The training focused on safely using a rescue basket to conduct live hoists.
