Everton Nevers, the Virginia Department of Military Affairs Chief of Staff, and Nikole Johnson, the Blackstone STARBASE Academy Director, ceremonially break ground on the Blackstone STARBASE Academy Oct. 20, 2024, in Blackstone, Virginia.
