29th ID Soldiers particpate in battle walk at Omaha Beach

Approximately 30 Soldiers assigned to the 29th Infantry Division participated in a battle walk led by personnel from the Normandy Institute along Omaha Beach. The presentation focused on the heroic efforts of 29th ID Soldiers on D-Day, June 6, 1944. More than 600 U.S. service members, including those from the 29th ID, are in Normandy to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the D-Day landings.
