429th BSB Soldiers conduct mass casualty drill during XCTC

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Danville-based 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, conduct an exercise simulating combat casualties during the Staunton-based 116th IBCT’s eXportable Combat Training Capability rotation June 12, 2025, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Soldiers conducting a defense of the brigade support area were designated as notionally wounded and evacuated for triage and treatment by medics assigned to the Charlottesville-based Charlie Company, 429th BSB, also known as Charlie Med.
