Charlie Med Soldiers train on causality transport at XCTC
Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Charlottesville-based Charlie Company, 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, also known as Charlie Med, transport combat casualties as part of a mass casualty exercise during the 116th IBCT’s eXportable Combat Training Capability rotation June 18, 2025, at Fort Pickett, Virginia.
