329th RSG Soldiers head to Finland for maintenance exchange
Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Virginia Beach-based 329th Regional Support Group load three Humvees onto a New York Air National Guard C-17 Globemaster July 21, 2025, at the Blackstone Army Airfield near Blackstone, Virginia. The Soldiers and equipment departed for Finland, where four 329th Soldiers will participate in a maintenance exchange with Finnish Defense Forces in support of the Department of Defense’s State Partnership Program, in which Virginia and Finland have been formal partners since 2024.
