Quinn promoted to colonel
Lt. Col. Eric L. Quinn, the Fort Pickett garrison commander, is promoted to colonel Aug. 2, 2025, at the Barfoot Theater at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Brig. Gen. Charles B. Martin, the commander of the Virginia Army National Guard, presided over the promotion ceremony and administered Quinn the oath of office for his new rank.
