Rivera-Wenger during a ceremony Aug. 7, 2025, at the 203rd RED HORSE Squadron Auditorium at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Col. Gerald Mazur, 91st Cyber Brigade commander, presided over the ceremony which included an exchange of the noncommissioned officer sword representing the change of responsibility from Rivera-Wenger to Miller.
