Michael Feggans, delegate for Virginia's 97th house district, presents the Commonwealth of Virginia General Assembly award to Tech. Sgt. Jacquelyn N. Montoya, assigned to the 192nd Medical Group, 192nd Wing, Virginia Air National Guard, on Aug. 10, 2025, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. Montoya serves as the 4N medical functional manager, where she plans, supervises, manages and trains enlisted members who provide physical exams and immunizations to members of the 192nd Wing, including flight personnel.
