Virginia Guard special response force conducts joint training with FEMA rescue organization

A Soldier from the 237th Engineer Company operates a jackhammer to cut through a concrete structure as part of the Virginia National Guard’s Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear High Yield Explosive Emergency Response Force Package joint training conducted March 19 at the Virginia Beach Fire Training Center with FEMA’s Joint Task Force 2.
