Soldiers provide fresh water from Fort Pickett reservoir

Soldiers from the South Boston-based Water Purification and Distribution Section, Company A, 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Brigade Combat Team provide fresh drinking water May 13 using the Tactical Water Purification System at Fort Pickett. A work shift of four Soldiers are providing up to 9,000 gallons of water to a rotation of approximately 14 water trailers each day for personnel in Task Force 183 conducting pre-mobilization training at Fort Pickett.
