Approximately 825 Soldiers from Task Force 183 depart Fort Pickett June 3 for Camp Atterbury, Ind., where they will train for 45 to 60 days before heading to Iraq. TF 183, comprised of units from the Hampton Roads area, Fredericksburg and Christiansburg, is scheduled to conduct convoy security and base defense operations in support of Operation New Dawn.
