The Clifton Forge-based 29th Infantry Division Band plays a medley of U.S. Armed Forces Service songs during the pre-race festivities Spet. 10 at the Wonderful Pistachios 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the Richmond International Speedway.
