Army National Guard Soldiers from Virginia, Colorado and Pennsylvania practice infantry leadership skills during a field training exercise June 12 during the Light Leaders Course taught by noncommissioned officers from the Fort Pickett-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute.
