Civilian employers of Virginia National Guard members participated in a Boss Lift and arrived at Langley Air Force Base, Va., via a UH-60 Black Hawk July 12, 2012. The annual event, coordinated by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, provides employers an opportunity to see the job our guardsmen do every time they are called to duty.
