Virginia Guard Soldiers and Airmen learn decontamination techniques and proper wear of their personal protective equipment as part of the capstone exercise of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package University, or CERFP-U, at Fort Pickett Sept. 14.
