DMV 2 Go, VA Mobile Vet Center on hand to assist 1710th Soldiers with mobilization preparations

Representatives from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles assist Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers from the 1710th Transportation Company with last-minute transactions in DMV 2 Go, the DMV’s mobile customer service center, April 2, 2013, in Emporia, Va. The 1710th is scheduled to mobilize April 3, 2013, for eventual duty in Afghanistan. DMV 2 Go, a “full-service, office on wheels,” was on hand to provide Soldiers with an opportunity to change their address, renew their tags and drivers licenses, and fill out a power of attorney for their vehicles.
