Soldiers from the South Boston-based Company A, 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team extract approximately 10,000 gallons of fuel from the old Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. April 11, 2013. The fuel was delivered to the recently-constructed Fuel System Supply Point at Fort Pickett. Soldiers from Company A will haul more of the 500,000 gallons of fuel left at the closed facility during their annual training in June.
