Virginia Delegate Ben Cline (R-Rockbridge) visits with Virginia Guard Soldiers from the Hampton-based 1st Battalion, 111th Field Artillery, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team June 15, 2013, at Fort Pickett, Va. to gain insight into the training and capabilities of the Virginia National Guard. Cline represents the 24th district and serves on the House of Delegates Committee on Militia, Police and Public Safety.
