ChalleNGe program graduates largest class in program history - December 19, 2009

Virginia National Guard’s Comonwealth ChalleNGe program graduated 160 cadets for its latest class in a ceremony held at Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, December 19. The Commonwealth ChalleNGe Program works with 16-18 year old “at-risk” youth to develop values, skills, education and self-discipline in their lives. (Photos by Capt.
