Soldiers from the Winchester-based 3rd Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment train on tactical movement techniques Sept. 16 as part of the Light Fighters Course taught by the Fort Pickett-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute. The Soldiers are at Fort Pickett for their two-week annual training.
