Col. Mark A. McCauley retires after 27 years of honorable service - Jan. 12, 2013

Retirement ceremony honors Col. Mark A. “Scruff” McCauley, Virginia Air National Guard Director of Staff, held Jan. 12, 2013, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. McCauley previously commanded the 192nd Fighter Wing and took his final flight in an F-22 Raptor Nov. 13. 2010. His final flight culminated a distinguished career with more than 3,000 flying hours in the F4, F16 and F22.
