Governor McDonnell lays wreath at Arlington Cemetery

Governor Bob McDonnell and First Lady Maureen McDonnell participate in a wreath ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns Sept. 24, 2013, at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington. Virginia Secretary of Public Safety Marla Graff Decker and Maj. Gen. Daniel E. Long, Jr., the Adjutant General of Virginia, joined them to observe the changing of the guard and wreath ceremony.
