Cavalry Soldiers receive new commander - June 27, 2014

Soldiers of the Portsmouth-based 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Virginia Army National Guard witness the passing of their battalion colors during a change of command ceremony June 27, 2014, at Fort Pickett, Va. Outgoing commander Lt. Col. Joseph Dinonno turned over his command of the cavalry unit to Maj. Russell McGuire.
