Infantrymen prepare for advanced leader positions at RTI - March 31, 2015

Active duty, U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers conduct urban operations training March 31, 2015, during the Infantryman Advanced Leader Course taught at the Fort Pickett-based 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute. The 17-day course prepares infantrymen for their upcoming roles as senior noncommissioned officers and focuses on tactical proficiency as well as administrative requirements of senior NCOs.
