Army Guard Director visits U.S. Virgin Islands

Lt. Gen. Timothy J. Kadavy, Director of the Army National Guard, conducts a command visit to the U.S. Virgin Islands Oct. 5, 2017. During his visit, he met with Brig. Gen. Deborah Howell, the Adjutant General of the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Col. Scott Smith, commander of the Staunton-based 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and Joint Task Force Stonewall, the multi-state, multi-service team supporting hurricane recovery operations on the islands.
