AG presents casing from 19-gun salute to Governor Northam - Jan. 13, 2018

Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, presents an artillery shell casing to Governor Ralph Northam Jan. 13, 2018, in Richmond, Virginia. Soldiers assigned to Hanover-based Battery A, 1st Battalion, 111th Field Artillery Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team fired a 19-gun salute during the inauguration of Northam as the 73rd Governor of Virginia.
