116th MET works with SPP in Tajikistan - May 2-6, 2016

Soldiers of the Virginia National Guard's 116th Military Engagement Team and representatives of the Virginia State Partnership Program share engineering techniques and lessons learned with members of the Tajikistani Land Forces Engineer Regiment in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, during an information exchange held May 2-6, 2016.
