276th Engineer Battalion welcomes new command team

Lt. Col. Christopher S. Dunn and 1st Sgt. Maurice L. Brown take charge of the Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion, 91st Troop Command as the new command team during a combination change of command and change of responsibility ceremony Aug. 21, 2016, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Col. William L. Zana, commander of 91st Troop Command, recognized Lt. Col. Colin S. Noyes and Command Sgt. Maj. Daryl J. Plude, the outgoing command team, for their outstanding duty performance. The Clifton Forge-based 29th Division Band provided ceremonial music for the event.
