WOCS welcome Martin as new commander

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Joshua Martin takes command of the Virginia National Guard’s Warrant Officer Candidate School from Chief Warrant Officer 4 Wayne Sexton May 4, 2019, at the 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Martin graduated from Virginia’s WOCS in 2009 and becomes the first graduate to command the school.
