Senior leaders visit engineer training at Fort Pickett

Virginia National Guard senior leaders visit Soldiers assigned to the Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conducting field training during their drill weekend March 10, 2018, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Brig. Gen. Walter Mercer, Virginia National Guard Assistant Adjutant General Army, and Col. Weedon Gallagher and Command Sgt. Maj. Ernest Miller, the command team for the 329th RSG, met with Soldiers conducting training on mission essential engineer tasks and base defense operations.
