AG visits 229th Engineers during annual training

Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, visits with Soldiers assigned to the Fredericksburg-based 229th Engineer Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team June 15, 2018, as they conduct annual training at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. Williams presented his challenge coin to a Soldier assigned to the Manassas-based Delta Company, 229th Brigade Engineer Battalion for outstanding duty performance, and he visited Soldiers assigned to the Fredericksburg-based Alpha Company and Bowling Green-based Bravo Company, 229th Brigade Engineer Battalion conducting range road improvement.
