SFC Chaney recognized for years of service at 183rd RTI

After more than 15 years training Soldiers at the 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute, Sgt. 1st Class Jeff Chaney is recognized at the Fort Pickett rappel tower Sept. 23, 2018. Chaney retires with more than 25 years of military service. He was recognized by the other cadre members of his unit, which included an inverted rappel to present his retirement gift.
