Capt. Jason Simulcik takes command of the Fort Pickett-based Headquarters Detachment, Maneuver Training Center, from Maj. LaTonya Martin Oct. 17, 2020, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Col. Paul Gravely, Maneuver Training Center Fort Pickett garrison commander, presided over the change of command ceremony and the exchange of organizational colors signifying the transfer of command from Martin to Simulcik.
