Garner succeeds Monihan as 123rd Cyber Protection Battalion commander - Oct. 24, 2020

Lt. Col. David Garner takes command of the Fairfax-based 123rd Cyber Protection Battalion, 91st Cyber Brigade from Lt. Col. John Monihan Oct. 24, 2020, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Col. Teri Williams, commander of the 91st, presided over the change of command ceremony and the exchange of unit guidon signifying the transfer of command from Monihan to Garner.
