Lt. Col. Eric L. Quinn takes command of the Fort Pickett-based 3rd Battalion, 183rd Regiment, Regional Training Institute from Lt. Col. James C. Shaver during a ceremony Aug. 21, 2021, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. Col. Charles Martin, commander of 183rd RTI, presided over the ceremonial exchange of organizational colors signifying the transfer of command from Shaver to Quinn.
