TF Red Dragon Soldiers conduct gunnery qualification in New Mexico - Dec. 9, 2021

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Lynchburg-based 1st Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, also known as Task Force Red Dragon, conduct a gunnery live-fire qualification, Dec. 9, 2021, at McGregor Range Complex near Las Cruces, New Mexico. Gun crews utilized the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station system to engage targets with the M240B and M2 .50 caliber weapons systems, as part of the validation process for deployment.
