VDF commissions three new lieutenants - Dec. 11, 2021

The Virginia Defense Force commissions three new second lieutenants during a graduation ceremony Dec. 11, 2021, in Manassas, Virginia. Patrick McCaul, Anthony Schienschang and Rob Worthington were promoted after completing the VDF Officer Candidate School program.
