Fleishman takes command of 276th Engineer Battalion - April 10, 2022

Lt. Col. Joseph M. Fleishman takes command of the Virginia National Guard’s Petersburg-based 276th Engineer Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group from Lt. Col. Demetrius D. Parrott during a change of command ceremony April 10, 2022, at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. Col. Michael S. Waterman, commander of the 329th RSG (Rear), presided over the exchange of organizational colors representing the change of command from Parrott to Fleishman. The Troutville-based 29th Infantry Division Band provided ceremonial music for the event.
