Red Dragons conduct combined arms live-fire exercise with French Forces in Djibouti- August 21-22, 2022

U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Task Force Red Dragon, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, participate in a Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise, or CALFEX, with the French Forces in Djibouti near Arta, Djibouti, Aug. 21-22, 2022. The CALFEX allowed allied forces to conduct air assaults, infantry support by fire missions, and mortar and artillery fire missions to capture a simulated objective.
