Command Sgt. Maj. Latane Gilliam assumes responsibility as the senior enlisted leader for the Portsmouth-based 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry Regiment from Command Sgt. Maj. Mical Seaton during a change of responsibility ceremony Dec. 3, 2022, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Va. Lt. Col. Cory B. Lindsey, commander of the 2-183rd Cavalry Regiment, presided over the ceremony.
