VNG flight crews support Warrior Stakes at Fort Barfoot - June 14, 2023

Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Sandston-based 2nd Battalion, 224th Aviation Regiment, 29th Infantry Division provide aviation support with UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters during the 2023 Warrior Stakes squad competition June 14, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The Soldiers are all currently completing their two-week annual training period at Fort Barfoot and other sites around the state. During AT, Virginia National Guard flight crews supported training for other Virginia units and completed additional training at Fort A.P. Hill, and at their home station in Sandston, Virginia.
