Charlton, the Virginia National Guard Referral Enlistment Program manager, provides an information briefing to Virginia Air National Guard recruiters Aug. 24, 2023, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. VNG Soldiers and Airmen, as well as citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia, can earn $1,000 through the REP for referrals who enlist in the Virginia Army National Guard or Virginia Air National Guard and complete their required training.
