29th ID Soldiers conduct battle walk along Omaha Beach - June 3, 2025

U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 29th Infantry Division pose together June 3, 2025, at Omaha Beach, in Normandy, France. The Soldiers received a 29th ID-focused overview of the D-Day invasion from personnel from the Normandy Institute. More than 600 U.S. service members, including those from the 29th ID, are in Normandy to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the D-Day landings.
