VNG hosts Futures Command senior leader

Maj. Gen. James W. Ring, the Adjutant General of Virginia, and other Virginia National Guard Senior Leaders host Maj. Gen. David L. Hall, the Deputy Commanding General - Army National Guard, U.S. Army Futures Command, July 9, 2025, at the VNG Sgt. Bob Slaughter Headquarters at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. During Hall’s visit, Ring provided a VNG overview and capabilities brief, and retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 Al Barnes, the VNG command historian, provided a brief tour of the headquarters’ historical displays and artifacts.
