116th Brigade Combat Team Change of Command - June 21, 2009

The 116th Brigade Combat Team conducted a Change of Command Ceremony between the outgoing commander, Col. William Phillips, and the incoming commander, Col. Blake Ortner, Sunday, June 21 at 10 a.m. at the Fort Pickett Stadium. Some of the unit’s new equipment being fielded during Annual Training was on display prior to the ceremony.
